Natural Root‘s mission is to provide you with the best hair care services. In order for us to do so, we would like to learn more about you, your hair care needs, and your preferences. Please take a moment to schedule a consultation with one of these amazing stylist. All appointments will be confirmed by text message and e-mail. A 24 hour notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations. For liability reasons, and for their safety, children are not allowed in the salon unless receiving a service. Clients under the age of 15 must have a parent or legal guardian present during any salon service.

Cancellation Policy
Natural Roots’ mission is to provide you with the best hair care service. In order for us to do so, we would like to learn more about you, your hair care needs, and your preferences.

All appointments will be confirmed by text message and/or e-mail.

All rescheduling or cancellations must be done 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

A $25 fee is required for rescheduling/cancellation outside of the cancellation policy.

A 50% deposit must be made in order to schedule future appointment after a scheduling violation.

For safely and liability reasons, children are not allowed in the salon, unless they are receiving a service. You will be asked to reschedule.
